| ECS Engineering’s Pattern Former/Basket Loader uses servo motor technology to form a wide range of user configurable patterns.
The Pattern Former/Basket Loader is available in a variety of configurations to suit specific products including bread (standard and speciality), buns, English muffins, bagels and crumpets.
Patterns are formed using the infeed mounted servo driven product turner and the servo driven load area pusher/turner.
The product infeed conveyor incorporates a gapping conveyor to manage the flow of product into the machine. The integrated basket conveyor manages the flow of baskets to the load area. The basket lifter (presenting baskets for loading) can be fitted with an optional servo drive to position baskets for multi layer loading. An optional basket turner can be fitted to the basket conveyor outfeed for reorientation of baskets if required.
The entire machine is constructed from stainless steel and utilises widely available standard components to minimise spare parts inventory.
